‘MIND AND BODY ARE NOT SEPARATE SYSTEMS. WHAT AFFECTS ONE AFFECTS THE OTHER IN SOMETIMES UNEXPECTED WAYS.’

– GABOR MATÉ 𑁍

Listening to and understanding our own bodies is key to living a healthier life.

Disease and disharmony are our body’s way of communicating with us that we are out of alignment with the natural order of our lives.

Here is what brought me to Acupuncture and what inspires me to help others.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

I had developed psoriasis in my teens. It’s a complex auto-immune condition that presents as inflammation on the skin.

This later internalized leading to painful and inflamed joints and muscles – more signs of chronic inflammation.

Initially, I was treated with conventional medicine which although appropriate at the time, personally wasn’t sustainable long term. I needed to seek a more holistic solution than long-term medication which felt very limiting.

02.

HOLISTIC TREATMENT

Then my mum, who is a medical herbalist, suggested trying Acupuncture.

Holistic treatment rooted in traditional Chinese medicine. As well as finding that it really helped with the physical symptoms, it also hugely supported me mentally and emotionally.

It was empowering to find another way of healing with a truly holistic approach and one that worked well alongside more conventional medical treatments.

03.

TRANSFORMATION

After experiencing such positive benefits from treatment, I eventually ended up studying Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine at London City College of Acupuncture graduating with a licentiate certificate.

I am a member of the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians and am committed to maintaining high standards in my practice.

04.

PRESENT

I am grateful to receive ongoing mentorship from inspiring teachers including Paul Hambly & Kate Henley, this continues to be an invaluable part of my development.

My practice welcomes anyone interested in exploring the healing benefits of Acupuncture and seeking a deeper connection to themselves.

“The relief was amazing”

I recently had an Acupuncture treatment from Lilli and was absolutely astounded by the instant relief I experienced after just one session.

Dealing with persistent back pain had been a struggle, but Lilli, whose skillful approach and precise needle placement not only made the session comfortable but also brought me immediate relief that I hadn’t thought possible.

Can’t thank you enough Lilli.

Highly recommended!
